About Sunny
Sunny listens, responds and supports her training clients in their journey towards a healthier life. For some, this means just getting exercise into their daily lives. For others, this means finding the right balance of hard exercise and injury prevention to compete at “personal best” levels at every race. Many people who are somewhere between avid-exerciser and adverse-to-exercise have benefited from training with Sunny.
Patience with all of her clients combined with persistence to help create new habits and a passion for exercise are what makes Sunny’s clients happy and fit.
Sunny has studied the “greats” in sports exercise and performance — Tudor Bompa, Joe Friel, Gale Berhardt, Sally Edwards — so you don’t have to do guesswork & homework to develop the perfect race plan.
Sunny has also raced the best local events – 20+ sprint triathlons, 10+ Olympic distance events, and 4 half-Ironmans, plus numerous 5Km and 10Km running races — so her advice on which races to run (and which to skip!) can be trusted. She’s field-tested race preparation plans and created her own plans that work for everyone from triathlon sprint first-timers to returning marathon runners. Put Sunny to work for you!
