Produce is healthy, mood-improving food
It has been proven that exercise is one of nature’s cures for depression, anxiety, and low moods. Regular exercise makes people feel better and function better from the inside out. Food also plays into nature’s prescription for health. Sugary and processed foods give a temporary rush and then a sugar crash. Plus they make us fatter and more addicted to the industrial rather than local production of food.

Good food
Since Movement improves Mood, then by association, Food is the fuel that Moves your Mood. And by eating more lean proteins and vegetables, and less refined carbohydrates, metabolism and mood can both change to work in your favor.

Bad food
Overall, the better Fuel we use and the more we Move, the more our Mood improves.
