Kneel in “tabletop” with knees under hips, hands under shoulders.  Lift and extend the opposite arm and leg (A).  Hold 5 seconds in full extension.  Release and switch sides (B) to repeat 10 times to each side.

Superman

ex21Lie face down, then lift legs, chest, and arms off of the mat.  Hold 10 seconds “flying” in mid air.  Release and repeat three times.
